After winning a competitive tender process, we were asked by Gerald Eve LLP to undertake a workplace analysis / staff survey and space planning feasibility study, that will help Deacon decide whether they will renew their lease and refurbish / reorganise their existing 9,000 sq.ft. premises, or else relocate to new premises, designed to suite their evolving business requirements. We have now delivered the study and our clients are considering the options we have presented.
