Avanta, Warwick Street
Carole Cobban planned and designed the new Avanta serviced office a Centre at 48 Warwick Street. It provides over 500 desks over five floors and a mezzanine.
Located just behind Regent Street, Warwick Street is a fantastic Soho location, just 250 metres away from Piccadilly Circus .
This Soho business centre comprises of 34,000 sq. ft of state of the art office space over five floors, with 4 fully equipped meeting rooms for up to 20 delegates, hub working area, tea points on every floor and a central atrium. Offices range in size from 2 workstation offices to 145 workstations on a whole floor.
